Now a days many people have blogs mainly on <a href="http://www.blogger.com/" target="_blank">blogger</a>.The blogger is free service in which people can create their blogs on various topics for free.They can choose domain name of blog with their own 
choice however the domain they are given is www.BlogName.blogspot.com 
means that they are given sub-domain of blogger.com which most of people
 don't like they want to make it simply www.BlogName.com but the domain 
.com is not free.There are many websites which offers domain names at

 my domain name as it is cheapest domain names provider in this case my 
blog e.g maheradil.blogspot.com will be redirected to maheradil.com.

of all you have to buy your domain name from GoDaddy.You may use Paypal 
or Credit/Debit/Prepaid cards..GoDaddy accepts the following cards Visa,Master Card,American Express,Discover.I personally use Visa Debit Card to register my domain name.Now when you have done buying your domain name you will be redirected to Control panel or simply at home page.Now follow these steps to setup custom domain name for you blog. 
 
1.Make sure you are logged in.Click on My account at top left corner and Go to Domain option then select Launch.Now select the domain name you want to be redirected and then click on Tools a drop down menu will be open finally select DNS manager and now DNS manager will be opened.

2.Now again select the domain name and click on Edit Zone

3.Now Edit Zone will open scroll down to record named as CNAME (Alias). Click on Quick Add

In the first field type www and in the second field type ghs.google.com then click on save zone file. 
 
Note= if www record is already present in CNAME (Alias)  just edit points to field and type ghs.google.com 
  
4.Now click on Add Record on top under your domain name.

5.A new window will open select A(Host) option in Record Type options. 
    Type @ in Host Name field. 
    Type 216.239.32.21 in IP Address 
    Select 1 hour in TTL

Now add 3 more A(Host) records but don't click on Add Record because we have already added A(Host) record just click on Quick add and these below records in A(Host).

6.Now comes the main step go to <a href="http://www.blogger.com/" target="_blank">blogger</a> open your blog's settings Go to Blog address and click on 
+ Add a custom domain

Now click on Switch to advanced settings select the option Redirect and type the domain name which you recently buy on GoDaddy then click on Save. After a while settings will be saved don't forget to type full domain name including www if a error comes that your domain is missing this record name so you can easily add record name as you are familiar with adding Records.I also added the record which they gave me at the end actually the last record is different from all other records 1 domain name have specific secret record
 which cannot be used by others.After saving be patient it might take 
upto 48 hours but at my time it only takes 15 minutes to redirect 
domain..
